Day 118: Red Jet
2026-06-04
Hello! It's been a while since I did some automobile photography. Lucky for me, the annual car show was being hosted nearby and I walked up to it without even realizing it. Pure coincidence that I happened across a big car show on the day I went to this town.
A lot of crowds were forming around cars that were modified with full-color LED lights, with shiny engine parts and polished exteriors.
But plain cars like these that are naturally just cool (and probably way less hassle) draw my eye.
Finally, thirty-year-old phone calls, secretly recorded on casettes. When her family had a three-minute time limit on each call, Emily from the US found out that her dad was hacking together engineering systems to save each call to tape. Those excerpts, used for surveillance in secret, are now an archive of childhood.
